wth am i missing something?

Did i miss something, or am i just not seeing more than a cat saying meow? This deviation ([link]) must be more than what it seems but to get so many good reviews must be a joke. I get it its simple but that's it. If someone reads this and can explain it to me id be much obliged but otherwise marker cats that i can draw when i was 5 don't impress.
